Terms of Service

Please review the terms governing your use of HosterSol services, website, accounts, and other hosting and domain solutions.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HosterSol website and services, including web hosting, cloud hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration and transfer, email, and related offerings.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing or using any HosterSol service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

To use certain services you may need an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach related to your account.
  • Do not share accounts or credentials in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that we reasonably believe are compromised or misused.

3. Hosting, VPS, Domain & Email Services

HosterSol provides managed and unmanaged hosting, VPS, dedicated infrastructure, domain, and email-related services as described on our website at the time of purchase. Service features, resource limits, and support levels depend on the plan you select.

  • You are responsible for the content, software, and data you store or transmit through our services.
  • We may apply fair-use policies, resource limits, and security controls to protect platform stability.
  • Managed services may include configuration and support within the scope advertised for your plan; unmanaged services place primary operational responsibility on you.
  • Backup features, where offered, are a convenience and do not replace your own backup strategy.

4. Domain Registration/Transfer

Domain registration and transfer services are subject to these Terms, applicable registry and ICANN (or equivalent) policies, and any registrar requirements. Domain availability and pricing may change until registration is successfully completed.

  • You represent that you have the right to register or transfer the requested domain and that the registration does not infringe third-party rights.
  • Accurate WHOIS / registrant contact data may be required; failure to keep it current can result in suspension or loss of the domain.
  • Transfers depend on unlock status, authorization codes, and policies of the losing and gaining registrars.
  • Domain renewals are your responsibility. Non-payment or late renewal may result in expiration, redemption fees, or permanent loss of the domain.

5. Payments & Billing

Fees are charged according to the plan, term, and pricing shown at checkout or in your invoice. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once services have been provisioned, except where required by law or expressly offered by HosterSol.

  • You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewal charges for selected services.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services until the outstanding balance is paid.
  • Prices may change for future renewal terms; we will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension pending investigation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HosterSol services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

  • Distributing malware, phishing content, spam, or conducting network attacks.
  • Hosting or transmitting illegal content, including content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Unauthorized access to systems, cryptocurrency mining on shared resources where not expressly permitted, or activities that degrade platform performance for others.
  • Using services to harass, threaten, or harm individuals or organizations.
  • Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining secure passwords, SSH keys, and access controls for your services.
  • Keeping software, CMS platforms, plugins, and applications updated and patched.
  • Ensuring your use of the services complies with law and these Terms.
  • Backing up critical data independently of any backups we may offer.
  • Responding to abuse complaints and cooperating with reasonable security investigations.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable infrastructure and high uptime. However, services may be interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, failures of third-party networks, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Unless a specific service-level agreement is expressly agreed in writing for your plan, services are provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, pose a security risk, or if required by law. You may cancel services according to the cancellation process for your account; prepaid fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or stated otherwise.

Upon termination, we may delete data associated with the service after a reasonable period. It is your responsibility to export data before cancellation or suspension where possible.

10. Intellectual Property

The HosterSol website, branding, logos, documentation, and platform software are owned by HosterSol or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload to your hosting environment. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to provide the services.

11. Third-Party Services

Our offerings may integrate with or depend on third-party services (for example domain registries, payment processors, CDNs, or software vendors). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. HosterSol is not responsible for third-party outages, policies, or actions outside our reasonable control.

12. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in writing, HosterSol services and the website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that services will meet all of your requirements or that defects will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HosterSol and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the services or website.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amounts you paid to HosterSol for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HosterSol and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Material changes may also be communicated by email or notice on the website. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
